Shipping & returns

We deliver across all of Bangladesh. Orders are dispatched through Carrybee, our delivery partner.

We don't currently ship outside Bangladesh.

Double and triple packs ship free, anywhere in Bangladesh.

The single pack has a small delivery charge, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

We confirm your order by phone and usually dispatch within 24–48 hours.

Inside Dhaka, delivery typically takes 1–3 days. Outside Dhaka, it usually takes 3–5 days depending on your location.

All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the delivery rider in cash when your journal arrives — there's no online or advance payment.

Please keep the exact amount ready, and make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

If your journal arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or return.

To start a return, message us on Facebook or email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Because each journal is a personal-use product, we can only accept returns for items that are unused and in their original condition, unless the item is defective.

Please double-check your phone number and full delivery address at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number, we may not be able to re-attempt delivery free of charge.
